Created in 2003, the Human Dignity and Humiliation Studies network has placed the study and promotion of human dignity at the forefront of many academic disciplines, this while equalizing the fields between academia and civil society, Global North and South, men and women, established academics and individual researchers. The network has been walking the talk of human dignity, and by recognizing everyone of its members as an equal contributor, has contributing to creating a world where dignity is recognized being paramount to humanity.
