David Rivoire a créé Les 2 Rives en 2002, société spécialisée en accompagnement VAE et mise en œuvre de solutions diplômantes. Depuis 18 ans, avec son équipe, il a accompagné plus de 10000 personnes dans un process de VAE. Il crée aussi des programmes expérimentaux d’adaptation des compétences et d’accès à l’emploi pour les métiers menacés par des évolutions technologiques ou organisationnelles, en s’appuyant sur la valorisation de l’expérience individuelle et en alliant validation et formation.
Les 2 Rives est une Entreprise Solidaire d’Utilité Sociale (ESUS), montrant la volonté inchangée depuis 18 ans d’un système de validation au service de l’emploi et de l’employabilité et non uniquement du diplôme. Les 2 Rives a intégré le groupe Adecco en juillet 2020.

David Rivoire est l’auteur de 2 livres sur la validation :

  • « Génération VAE », qui interroge la manière dont le système éducatif pourrait évoluer grâce à la VAE
  • « Préparer et réussir sa VAE », dans lequel il met la méthode de VAE Les 2 Rives à la portée de tous

En 2020 il est missionné par le gouvernement pour proposer une réforme de la VAE.

En 2016, David Rivoire co-fonde le Social Bar avec Renaud Seligmann dans l’objectif de remettre le lien social et la convivialité au centre des échanges. Après le succès du premier établissement, le Social Bar lève 1,5M€ en 2020 et prévoit 25 ouvertures ces 5 prochaines années.stablishments over the next 5 years.

David Rivoire created Les 2 Rives in 2002, a company specialising in VLE support and the implementation of diploma solutions. For 18 years, with his team, he has accompanied more than 10,000 people in a VAE process. He also creates experimental programmes for adapting skills and access to employment for jobs threatened by technological or organisational changes, based on the valorisation of individual experience and combining validation and training.
Les 2 Rives is an ESUS (Entreprise Solidaire d’Utilité Sociale), showing the unchanged will for 18 years of a validation system at the service of employment and employability and not only of the diploma. Les 2 Rives became part of the Adecco group in July 2020.

David Rivoire is the author of two books on validation:

  • “Génération VAE”, which examines the way in which the education system could evolve thanks to VAE
  • “Préparer et réussir sa VAE”, in which he makes the Les 2 Rives VAE method available to everyone

In 2020 he was commissioned by the government to propose a reform of VAE.

In 2016, David Rivoire co-founded the Social Bar with Renaud Seligmann with the aim of putting the social link and conviviality back at the centre of exchanges. After the success of the first establishment, the Social Bar raised €1.5M in 2020 and plans to open 25 new establishments over the next 5 years.
