Graduated from the ESCEM (Tours campus). After several positions in Finance at Orange, Eric Barilland becomes CFO of a Group’s subsidiary company for 2 years then changes his career towards communication being in charge with individual shareholders’ relationships for Orange. In 2007 he leverages his digital skills to lead the digital corporate communications and develop the brand’s e-reputation, the footprint in social platforms, the relations with bloggers and influencers. In 2011, he joins the Group HR team to create the Employer Brand and Campus Management Direction. From early 2017, he’s managing a skills management project for Orange, with a data centric approach relying on employee experience. He is partnered with his boyfriend for several years.
