Serge Ravet – Reconnaître-Open Recognition Alliance
From ePortfolio to Open Badges, recognition is at the heart of a professional life dedicated to exploring the contribution of digital technologies to the empowerment of individuals, communities and educational and social innovation.
Serge is a founding member and president of the Reconnaître—Open Recognition Alliance, a non-profit association dedicated to promoting the objectives of the Bologna Declaration for Open Recognition. Advisor to Espace Mendès France, he is also a founding member and president of Bit of Trust, a company created on the initiative of internationally recognized experts in the field of Open Badges and since 2003 the organizer of ePIC.
Serge currently leads two European Erasmus+ projects: MIRVA (Making Informal Recognition Visible and Accessible) and BRIDGES (Broadening Recognition Initiatives Developing Gender Equity in Sciences).

Serge est membre fondateur et président de Reconnaître—Open Recognition Alliance, une association sans but lucratif vouée à la promotion des objectifs de la Déclaration de Bologne pour une Reconnaissance Ouverte. Conseiller auprès de l’Espace Mendès France, il est également membre fondateur et président de Bit of Trust, une société créée à l’initiative d’experts internationalement reconnus dans le domaine des Open Badges et depuis 2003 l’organisateur d’ePIC .
